Robert Herjavec, Daymond, and Mark went out, claiming that the laundry industry was not their cup of tea. Meanwhile, Kevin O’Leary offered $200,000 in exchange for a 10% stake in Wad-Free. This offer also included a royalty of $1.50 per unit until he recoups $1 million.
Lori Greiner, expressing interest in Wad-Free, believed that the product was brilliant and that the business could make huge sales. She offered $200,000 in exchange for a 25% stake in the business.
Cyndi Bray countered this offer with an offer of her own, offering $200,000 in exchange for a 10% stake in Wad-Free.
Lori Greiner, still not satisfied with the offer, counter-offered $200,000 in exchange for a 20% equity, but Cyndi declined the offer. On the other hand, Kevin O’Leary offered $200,000 in exchange for a 5% stake in the business, with the same royalty deal.
Cyndi Bray accepted Kevin O’Leary’s offer, mainly due to the lower stake asked by Kevin O’Leary, and exited Shark Tank.
